Mash the egg yolks in a small bowl and set them aside. Soak the bread in the vinegar for 10 minutes, and in the meantime, chop the garlic and parsley. Red sauce: How long to boil chicken

For a perfect tomato sauce, get:

  • 500 g of ripe tomatoes
  • One clove of garlic
  • One carrot
  • One onion
  • a few basil leaves
  • Two tablespoons of oil
  • 1/2 stick of celery
  • One pinch of sugar
  • 1 1/2 glasses of vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • pepper as needed
  • chili pepper to taste

Wash the tomatoes, then make an incision in the skin with the tip of a knife. Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water for a minute, then drain them. Peel the tomatoes, being careful not to get burned, then cut the pulp into cubes. Now peel the garlic, clean the celery, carrot, and onion. Finely chop everything and put it in a pan with the oil—Fry over high heat, add the chili pepper.
